Geocaching is a free and modern veritable treasure hunt usually conducted outdoors. Participants must find hidden containers called geocaches with the help of their smart phones or GPS. Over 250 geocaches are located in Chandler. At the city’s tourist information office, an agent can introduce you to geocaching and you can also rent a GPS if you wish.
